A Sak Yant is a Sacred or Buddhist Tattoo applied and blessed by Buddhist Monks in Thailand. Sak Yant Tattoos have been very popular with Thai people for many years but are now being sought by many Westerners. The Hah Taew Yant that Angelina Jolie received in Thailand has given a great deal of exposure in the West to Sak Yants. Sak Yants, with their powers of protection and luck and good fortune blessings come in a huge variety of different designs and we will look at some of the more popular ones.
